14 MONTHS

Kallie turned 14 months old today. It is amazing how much she has changed in just the past month.

• Kallie has learned many new signs. She can sign milk, eat, more, outside (her favorite place to be), and please.
• She LOVES shoes...eating shoes, wearing shoes, holding shoes, anything to do with shoes. When we are on the shoe isle at the store she insists on being out of the cart. She walks down the isle and points to all the shoes. We could probably leave her on that isle, go do the rest of our shopping, and still find her on that isle when we are done.
• When I ask Kallie where the baby is, she points to my tummy.
• She still loves food. She has recently started loving peanut butter sandwiches. I've tried jelly on the sandwiches, but she doesn't seem to like it as much.
• Kallie still hates getting her diaper changed.
• She is good at pointing to what she wants and whining until she gets what she wants.
• Kallie is constantly talking...I can't understand what she says most of the time, but she seems to know what she is talking about.
• She can say mama, dada, baba (baby), wasat (what's that?), and many other words I can't understand.
• Kallie has 10 teeth (6 on top, 4 on bottom). Four of those teeth are molars. She is working on #11.
