Tonight we put the Christmas tree up. As soon as Kallie saw the tree she got very excited and started signing tree and saying tree (more like tees). We never even said anything about it being a tree. She is a smart girl. Then when we turned the lights on, she touched one and said, "hot." We didn't hang all the ornaments on the tree that we usually do because I'm not going to spend the whole month putting them back on (thanks to Kallie). We also didn't put up as many decorations. I realized we don't have a lot of "child proof" Christmas decorations.
