We had a crazy experience with Beckham today. We had just gotten home from church and I was trying to get all the kids changed to go to my parents for dinner. I put the twins by the front door to play with magnets. I walked up the stairs and was trying to get everyone's clothes. I keep looking downstairs to check on them. Next thing I know, Beckham is crying. I looked downstairs and he was on the floor with his face turning purple/blue. He was crying so hard that he couldn't take a breath. So I tried breathing on his face, shaking him, everything and he wasn't responding. Instead his face was getting more blue. To say that I was freaking out would be an understatement. I yelled for Josh and Josh couldn't get him to respond either. I was trying to find my phone to call 911, then Beckham's whole body went limp. He passed out! After about a minute he woke up as if nothing happened. It was one of the scariest experiences I have ever had! My heart was beating so fast, I was sweating and sick to my stomach. I'm not sure what happened to him to make him cry that hard. Jackson said he fell down a couple stairs. He has been teething and really grumpy. When Brigham steals his toys (which is often), he freaks out and throws his head back. So who knows what happened, but I'm so glad he is okay!
Other things from today...
Brigham spent most of the first hour of church walking around the halls! He is walking 75% of the time now! Beckham is still not very interested. He did take one step in Relief Society though!
We went to my parents to celebrate my mom's birthday. We had steak, potatoes, corn, salad, and cheesecake with raspberries. We were there for a couple hours and then went to Naomi's 2nd birthday party! I didn't take any pictures, but I should have! The kids had so much fun!
